Are you an accomplished Paraplanner looking to step into a client-facing role with a route to becoming a Financial Advisor? They are looking for an Associate Wealth Manager/Paraplanner, a role ideal for an accomplished paraplanner ready to take the next step in their career.

Role Highlights

• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial planning required.

• Supporting senior advisors through note-taking, report writing, and attending client meetings.
• Must be confident and able to “hold themselves” in client meetings, in particular with HNW individuals.

What do you need to succeed?

• Attained CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent at a minimum, and ideally working towards CII Level 6 or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, tax wrappers, pensions, and investments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Confident using financial planning software.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
