This role exists to drive penetration, referral quality, and conversion across the accountant panel, while building a repeatable operating model for accountant-led growth.

- Senior commercial leader with experience scaling referral- or partner-led channels
- Deep understanding of how accountantsoperateand influence client decisions
- Ability to build cadence, discipline, and repeatability
- Comfortable protecting long-term trust over short-term volume
- Proven team builder who raises standards quickly
- Revenue, pipeline, and application performance from the accountant channel
- Penetration of existing accountant relationships

- Team capability, coaching, and performance management
- Senior representation of Insignis within the accountancy ecosystem

- Senior sales or channel leadership in B2B or professional-services-led markets
- Experience scaling accountant, adviser, or referral-driven ecosystems
