This role exists to drive penetration, referral quality, and conversion across the accountant panel, while building a repeatable operating model for accountant-led growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Senior commercial leader with experience scaling referral- or partner-led channels
  • Deep understanding of how accountantsoperateand influence client decisions
  • Ability to build cadence, discipline, and repeatability
  • Comfortable protecting long-term trust over short-term volume
  • Proven team builder who raises standards quickly
  • Revenue, pipeline, and application performance from the accountant channel
  • Penetration of existing accountant relationships
  • Referral quality, conversion rates, and time-to-value
  • Forecast accuracy and operating discipline
  • Team capability, coaching, and performance management
  • Senior representation of Insignis within the accountancy ecosystem

  • Senior sales or channel leadership in B2B or professional-services-led markets
  • Experience scaling accountant, adviser, or referral-driven ecosystems
  • Track recordof delivering through others
  • Comfortable in regulated, trust-based environments
