We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual tosupport the NWL Health and Wellbeing Temperature Check Programme throughpractice and PCN engagement. This role will be on a 4 month secondment for 1 day per week. There is also an additional paymenton successful attainment of target sign ups.

Main duties of the job
This role focuses on building relationships with GPpractices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to generate interest in theprogramme and expand participation across NWL. The successful candidate willhelp promote the offer, support workforce wellbeing initiatives, and contributeto achieving programme engagement targets.

Job responsibilities
- Engage with GP practices and PCNs through local borough Training Hub meetings, email communication, telephone calls, and on-site visits
- Develop a strong understanding of the Health & Wellbeing Temperature Check programme and act as a subject matter expert
- Share information about the programme and communicate the benefits of hosting a temperature check
- Support the maintenance and updating of the NWL practice contact database, ensuring main contacts are current
- Work towards a monthly engagement timetable and contribute to meeting programme performance targetsMaintain professional written and verbal communication with all stakeholders

- Experience of working in primary care
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and deliver programme of work on time and to a high standard
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and an ability to finish tasks completely and to a high standard
- Ability to keep full, accurate and up to date records to a high standard
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
