We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Operations to join our BNY Pershing Wealth Services team. This role is located in Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain core Client Service relationship, attending service review meetings, capturing meeting actions, and following up with operations and relevant departments.
  • Own and resolve issues that require multiple departments, complexity, compliance, or financial exposure.
  • Review trends, identify and support training needs within the team and with clients.
  • Act as Client Programme Manager liaison point with other BNY Mellon Client Services teams.
  • Serve as conduit for formal client communications and client questions that are not BAU related.
  • Act as liaison with Relationship Managers where strategic opportunities are identified.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in managing or maintaining client relationships.
