This role moves fast and you’ll be managing multiple client accounts across different time zones (primarily the US), which means your working day won’t always follow a predictable pattern.

The Amazon Full Service Manager will own the overall performance of our clients’ Amazon businesses, including both Vendor and Seller accounts. This vital role ensures clients not only reach but surpass their sales and profitability goals, while upholding brand integrity and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead the development and execution of a robust Amazon growth strategy for clients, focusing on key levers such as SEO optimization, on-platform advertising, product listings, and pricing strategies. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, market trends, and platform features to maximize client performance. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze key Amazon metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews to ensure clients meet or exceed their KPIs. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, including identifying slow-moving SKUs, optimizing inventory levels, and forecasting demand. Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Data Rova, Seller Sprite, Helium 10, Sellerboard, Sellerise, and other Amazon software. Use internal Amazon data from Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer, and other Amazon business reports to identify the best growth opportunities for clients.
Amazon Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients’ Amazon accounts, handling day-to-day management of both Seller and/or Vendor Central platforms. Manage content updates (product descriptions, images, bulletpoints etc.), Coordinate with clients to monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Quickly and efficiently handle account issues such as photo or keyword violations, incorrect complaints, pesticide warnings, missing information on listings, lost buy boxes, missing inventory, and other common issues that arise on accounts. Manage any VA’s that help with the day to day maintenance and monitoring of a clients account. Their main role being to monitor and aid account health issues and also calling/creating case logs for Amazon Seller Support.
Advertising & Promotional Management: Lead the development and execution of Amazon Advertising strategies (Sponsored Ads/DSP) to drive visibility and sales growth for clients. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI and client success. Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising tools and trends, and continuously look for ways to improve campaign effectiveness.
PPC & Marketing Management: Regularly evaluate budgets and adjust based on profitability, seasonality, and account goals. Continuously analyze search term reports to add high-performing keywords, refine negative keywords, and eliminate wasted ad spend. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to clients, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth. Serve as a key liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery. Highlight focal points that showcase the effectiveness of Clear Ads’ performance and create clear timelines that showcase what is being worked on and delivered. Effectively manage and track time on each account to ensure that all accounts get the agreed deliverables. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: creative, data analytics) and external partners (e.g., Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth. Clearly and effectively describe next steps and delegate tasks to VAs, members of the client’s teams, and the assigned PPC account manager.
2+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts, with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability.~ Solid understanding of Amazon Advertising (AMS, DSP) and SEO best practices for product listings.~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance.~ Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, and product launches on Amazon.~ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.~ Comfort and experience using tools for PPC management such as Pacuve, Scale Insights, etc. to create rules and reports to better manage accounts.~ Proficiency with Google Sheets including building reports, pivot tables, charts, and more as well as modifying existing reports, fixing errors, and utilizing Amazon flat files.~ Able to organize and prioritize workflows and knowing how to differentiate between what is important and what is urgent.
