Sales Manager We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Sales Manager to lead our established inside sales team responsible for the FastCalGas calibration gas product range.
This is a fast-moving, operational sales leadership role, managing a team that processes a mix of high volume of small-value orders for customers worldwide.
Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, forecasting, coaching, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team operates efficiently, accurately, and commercially.
The team currently consists of 5 office-based sales executives across the UK and Singapore.
This role is ideal for an experienced inside sales manager or experienced sales team leader. Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 5 inside sales executives Managing day-to-day sales operations and workload distribution Monitoring KPIs, pipeline, CRM usage, and forecasting accuracy Driving consistent performance, efficiency, and customer service Improving sales processes, workflows, and admin efficiency Working closely with the Head of Sales and peer managers to align targets and strategy Undertake occasional UK and international travel to support customers and business needs
Experience leading or supervising a sales or inside sales team – at least 3 years experience Strong coaching, organisation, and people-management skills – Comfortable working in a high-volume transactional sales environment Strong commercial awareness and numerical confidence Confident using CRM systems, KPIs, and sales reporting Background in technical, industrial, engineering, or B2B environments desirable (but not essential) Technical product training will be fully provided.
