Sales Director – EPM Solutions | UK (Remote)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing consultancy in the enterprise performance management space, looking to hire a Sales Director to drive growth across the UK market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in EPM, finance transformation, or enterprise software consulting, who enjoys building relationships, leading strategic sales initiatives, and helping clients modernise finance functions through technology.

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Drive new business development across enterprise EPM and finance transformation opportunities

▪️ Build and manage relationships with senior finance, operations, and technology stakeholders

▪️ Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close

▪️ Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to shape client solutions and proposals

▪️ Identify opportunities across planning, consolidation, reporting, and broader finance transformation initiatives

▪️ Develop and execute strategic go-to-market and account growth plans

▪️ Represent the business across industry events, networking, and client engagements

▪️ Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

About You

▪️ Proven experience selling EPM, finance transformation, or enterprise software solutions

▪️ Strong track record of business development and revenue generation

▪️ Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior finance stakeholders

▪️ Experience within a consultancy, software vendor, or partner ecosystem preferred

▪️ Strong commercial, communication, and relationship-building skills

▪️ Self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment

▪️ Good understanding of finance processes including planning, reporting, and performance management
