Role: UK Technical & Sales Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a commercial and technical professional to spearhead market expansion across the UK. You will bridge the gap between engineering and business development, taking ownership of the full sales cycle for specialized water and wastewater treatment technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across industrial and municipal sectors.
- Technical Consultation: Translate complex client problems into tailored, solution-oriented proposals, partnering closely with our engineering teams.
- Pipeline Management: Guide long-cycle, high-value technical sales from initial inquiry to design, tendering, and final handover.
- Market Representation: Act as the face of the company in the UK, attending industry events and establishing long-term client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within the UK wastewater or industrial water treatment industry (capital equipment / solution / project background).
- Technical Acumen: Background in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related technical field allowing you to confidently discuss our proprietary technologies.
- Commercial Drive: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently across the UK market.
