Must have skills:

• Windows Server
• VM Ware
• Active Directory
• Networking
• SNS/ DHCP
• Keen interest in learning new things
• Capable of listening and taking instruction
• NOT stuck in your way of how things should be done and Open to changing the way you work and think
• Citrix
• Any Enterprise Backup experience
