CNC Milling Programmer

Title: CNC Milling Programmer

Location: Rugby

Salary: £20.00 – £25.00 per hour

Shift: Days

Responsibilities

• Set, operate, and program 3-axis CNC machines for one-off and batch production projects.
• Create and edit programs using Siemens online controls.
• Perform offline programming using CAM software (Fusion 360, MasterCAM, etc.)
• Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Use quality measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Qualifications

• Around five years’ experience machining complex components.
• Skilled with Siemens controls.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail.
• HND/HNC or equivalent education.
• Years of relevant experience: 5+ years.
