We are working with a growing investment management firm to appoint an Internal Business Development Manager. The role is an exciting role, where you will be part of the Internal Sales team and wider Sales & Marketing team (35+), working directly alongside a Regional BDM.

This role is perfect for someone in an existing Internal Business Development Role that is looking for a new business to use their existing experience and skills.

Working in a dedicated UK region alongside a regional BDM• Outbound telephone calls to build and maintain relationships• Use of various communication channels such as telephone, email and LinkedIn to secure meetings for your dedicated regional BDM• Point of contact for all inbound financial advisers’ queries for your region• Implement new sales and marketing campaigns across the region• Help educate financial advisers and enable them to solve their clients’ needs• Enhance and develop existing relationships to increase business levels• Develop a good working relationship with your regional BDM and work together to build and manage a joint business plan for the region• Maintain up-to-date records on internal CRM system (Salesforce) and other systems where required• Independent pipeline building and pipeline management for the region

Exceptional sales skills & High quality interpersonal skills• Based in a location where you can attend the office in London on a regular basis• Strong and flexible work ethic• Ability to work from the office and at home in a hybrid capacity• Desire to travel to your region and attend events when required• Strong relevant IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office – Excel, Teams & Zoom• Experience of using Salesforce would be advantageous…
