As the process owner for onboarding, access requests and user enablement within a major A&D client, you will be responsible for taking an established process to the next level through data analytics, process improvement, and implementation of auto-reporting tools. You will serve as a process owner, managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your role
- Proactively managing the process alongside the Service Now team.
- Managing escalations regarding onboarding, access requests and user enablement.
- Analyzing process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Owner, Communications Consultant or within a process improvement role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities across various organizational levels.
