Senior Compliance Policy Officer

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Policy Officer to join its growing compliance team.

This is a strategic role focused on regulatory advice, policy development, governance, and horizon scanning. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance frameworks remain effective, up to date, and commercially balanced.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on FCA and regulatory requirements
• Lead compliance policy reviews and implementation
• Monitor and assess regulatory developments
• Support governance reporting and regulatory submissions
• Deliver compliance training and stakeholder support

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience within financial services
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, MiFID II, SMCR, AML, and related frameworks
• Experience advising senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
