The data centre industry is scaling fast. The challenge isn’t demand – it’s talent. We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to build and lead a best-in-class recruitment delivery function supporting exciting data centre projects across the US and Europe.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and develop recruitment delivery teams
• Build scalable delivery processes and best-practice frameworks
• Work closely with Account Managers to prioritise hiring activity
• Support major data centre projects across multiple regions
• Create proactive talent pipelines before demand peaks
• Use data, insight, and market knowledge to improve delivery performance
• Act as a trusted escalation point for complex hiring challenges
• Help shape a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Team Leader, Principal Consultant, Account Lead, or Managing Consultant within a Recruitment agency, RPO, MSP, embedded recruitment, or talent solutions
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
• Balances reactive delivery with long-term planning
• Enjoys coaching and developing people
• Think commercially and operationally
• Spot problems early and take ownership
• Wants to build something, not just maintain it
• Data centre experience is a plus, but not essential
