Responsibilities

Freelance Site Manager required to deliver a large fit‑out project in North Lanarkshire. Work will involve the full strip‑out of several floors of an office block and subsequent re‑fit. The role will require overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Background in joinery with a keen eye for finishings• Experience delivering similar fit‑out projects on time, within budget and to a high standard• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid essential
