Following a sustained period of growth and continued expansion plans, they are now seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead and develop their national sales function.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy of the business and leading a newly developing sales division through its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and execute the company’s national sales strategy
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team across the Health & Social Care sector
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management
  • Identify market opportunities and support the expansion of the company’s product offering
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare providers, care groups, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial performance
  • Deliver sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning to senior leadership
  • Work collaboratively with operational and leadership teams to support overall business objectives
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer excellence

Previous Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within healthcare, medical supplies, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of the Health & Social Care marketplace
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering significant revenue growth
  • Experience building, managing, and motivating successful sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
