What You Will Do

• Secure Scaling: Build robust document plumbing and email ingestion pipelines capable of handling highly sensitive data with enterprise‑grade security and observability.

The ideal candidate

• Technical Mastery: At least 8 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Production AI Experience: Proven track record of integrating LLMs into real-world products, managing context, costs, and model performance tradeoffs.
• Principal Maturity: Experience setting technical standards and making high-level architectural calls while remaining 100% hands‑on and obsessed with shipping quality code.
