QC Analyst

Role

This job is responsible for ensuring that all materials are tested according to agreed specifications and procedures and within agreed lead times.

Key Duties

• Test all materials according to agreed specifications and procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate all laboratory equipment.
• Maintain all laboratory Quality Systems, raise and support the investigation of deviations and support data collection for reporting Quality Assurance Performance Indicators.
• Write, under supervision, all SOPs associated with QC support.
• Support the preparation and hosting of competent authority inspections, including preparation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present key findings.
• Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and application of GMP Guidelines and Regulations.
• Hold entitlement to work in the UK.
