Lennox Recruitment has a brand new client in Brentwood, Essex who are looking to recruit a number of consultants into their team. Please see details below.

Role Overview

• Job titles considered: Junior Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant

Industry & Market

• Niche industry – all consultants have their own market with no crossover

Desk

• Warm desk – the client works with 80% of the market already

Requirements

• Cold calling business development experience essential

Contract Types

• Contract & Permanent desks available

Remote Working

• 1–2 days remote working each week (applicable after the first 3 months)

Compensation

• Base salaries £25-£45K DOE

• Commission paid with no threshold up to 35%

Additional

• Regular team social events

• Any previous sector experience considered

• We are looking for go-getting recruiters, with a sense of urgency, and who are money motivated – essential
