We are recruiting on behalf of a leading FCA-regulated financial services organisation seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with a strong background in investments and pensions.

Key Requirements (Essential)

• Proven compliance experience within investments and/or pensions
• Strong knowledge of the Financial Services UK regulatory framework
• Experience conducting compliance monitoring or internal audit
• Background in retail investments and/or pensions
• Experience handling breaches and regulatory reporting

The Role

• Deliver compliance monitoring reviews
• Investigate and resolve breaches
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments
• Produce board-level compliance MI
• Support regulatory change and policy updates

Applicants must have direct compliance experience within investments and pensions to be considered.
