At BMS, we’ve been engaged to recruit an Enterprise Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS business backed by one of the world’s leading technology investors. This is a strategic enterprise sales role within a business rebuilding and scaling its commercial team ahead of a planned growth and exit phase.
The Company
Our client is a market-leading SaaS provider specialising in email signature management, compliance, and brand consistency software. Their platform is used globally by major enterprise organisations including household-name brands across finance, healthcare, insurance, and professional services.
Backed by private equity and operating with strong profitability, the business is investing heavily in enterprise growth across EMEA. With award-winning culture, strong leadership, and best-in-class sales tooling, this is an opportunity to join a business with genuine momentum.
The Role
- Sell enterprise SaaS solutions into organisations with 1,000+ employees across EMEA.
- Manage complex multi-threaded sales cycles
- Blend SDR, marketing, events, and self-generated pipeline.
- Average deal size of c.£21K, with enterprise opportunities exceeding £100K ACV.
- Quarterly target of £112K.
- Predominantly new business focused, with strong land-and-expand opportunity.
The Candidate
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Exposure to managing £100K+ deals
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling into regulated industries beneficial.
- MEDDPICC exposure highly desirable.
- Highly coachable, ambitious, and comfortable in high-performance sales cultures.
The Package
- Basic Salary: £75,000-£85,000
- OTE: £150,000-£170,000 (uncapped)
