Permanent People are partnering with a well-established recruitment business that’s looking to grow its experienced team based in Manchester (M40). They’re now on the lookout for a seasoned recruiter who can add real value from day one. You will be taking over an existing, warm desk, which has already generated a healthy level of billings this year!
Senior Recruitment Consultant – Warm Desk (Earn from day one)
Role: White Collar Construction & Civil Engineering | Manchester (M40) – Office-Based Role
- What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment is preferred, though strong billers with less experience who can prove job stability will also be considered.
- Background in Construction or Civil Engineering, ideally in white collar
- Ideally looking for recruiters with experience placing perm and freelance
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running
- Full-time office-based – this role isn’t suited to hybrid/home working
- A good sense of humour and a strong drive to bill

- Competitive base salary up to 40k
- Uncapped commission structure: up to 20%
- Realistic OTE of £100k+
