About the Role

Within our Capital Delivery department, we are looking for Assistant Project Managers to join the team. Based out of our Finham (Coventry) office, you’ll support the Project Managers by taking the lead on delivering your own projects, initially focusing on those that are less complex and lower risk. You’ll drive these projects forward whilst undertaking financial management and managing risk. As well as this, you’ll liaise with the project stakeholders and be able to influence at both mid and senior leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Take the lead on the delivery of assigned projects of low to moderate complexity.
  • Undertake financial management and risk management for these projects.
  • Communicate and influence stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Full UK driving licence.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to the NEC framework.
  • APM or Prince 2 qualification (not essential).
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
