REGISTERED CHILDREN’S HOME MANAGER

Job Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a residential children’s home in Stratford, East London (E15).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider and play a key role in developing a high-quality, Ofsted-compliant children’s home, supporting young people aged 10–17 with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role – Children’s Home Manager (London)

• Lead the day-to-day running of a children’s residential care home
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing care team
• Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
• Support young people with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Drive continuous improvement and work towards Outstanding Ofsted outcomes

Key Requirements

• Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare (essential)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
• Experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home
• Experience with Ofsted inspections and compliance
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and team management skills
• Full UK driving licence
