Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, in Wokingham has the requirement for a Temporary Service Advisor with an immediate start
As a Temporary Service Advisor your duties will include:Meet and Greet CustomersExplain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicleCalling customers with progress updates and advise of any work neededLiaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and DriversInvoicing work carried outInvoice explanation and taking paymentEnsuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completedDelivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Recent Motor Trade Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experienceFull UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Franchised Dealership Experience
Remuneration & Benefits
£13 – £15 per hour (dependent on experience)Weekly PayPaid Overtime
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pmNo Saturdays
Contract is 4 weeks then ongoing (if you would like to carry on, and have adapted to the work well)
