The position involves technical delivery, construction packages, and coordination across multiple projects. You will contribute to cladding remediation and gateway submissions alongside new build and refurbishment work within a hybrid working environment.Practice & Project Information This established practice is a design-focused studio of around 10, working across architecture, landscape and urban design. Projects span multiple sectors with an emphasis on technical delivery and compliance. The team supports cladding remediation and regulatory submissions, operating within a collaborative environment that promotes practical design outcomes and flexible working.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery across RIBA stages 4 and 5Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCADCoordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teamsManage technical detailing across multiple live projectsSupport cladding remediation and gateway submissionsRespond to contractor queries and assist during constructionRequired Skills and ExperienceQualified Architect with UK project experience at stages 4 and 5Strong AutoCAD skills with working knowledge of RevitGood understanding of UK building regulations and complianceExperience in residential, hospitality or commercial sectorsAbility to manage workload across multiple projectsKnowledge of cladding remediation or gateway submissions advantageousBenefits and Package Hybrid working with three days in the office 25 days annual leave plus Christmas closure Flexible working pattern Regular team social events Exposure to varied technical projectsAbout Hunter Dunning Hunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
