I am partnering with a key client on a retained assignment as they look to strengthen their Sales and Commercial teams. As Head of Sales & Commercial you will take ownership of revenue growth, lead a high-performing Sales and Marketing team, and embed AI-driven sales strategies that deliver real commercial results. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and knows how to turn strategy into measurable performance.
End-to-end sales and commercial strategy• Revenue growth, pipeline performance, and forecasting• AI-powered lead generation, automation, and sales enablement• High-performing sales and account management teams• Data-led decision making across the commercial function
Proven track record in senior sales/commercial leadership roles with some experience of leading a marketing function too, ideally from SAAS, Professional services, membership or B2B sectors.• Expertise in CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) and sales tech stacks• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capability• Commercial acumen with a sharp, analytical mindset• Confidence in negotiations, stakeholder management, and strategic planning
