Patient Support Specialist: Diabetes Care (Hybrid)

DSL-MiniMed (UK) Limited is seeking an independent Patient Services Representative to provide customer support for our diabetes-care devices in the UK and Ireland. The role is hybrid in Watford and requires empathy, English fluency, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers over calls.
