Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in London. As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with brand managers, executives, sales leaders, product teams, subject matter experts, and developers to design collateral and campaigns that support our growing international brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver designs from concept through deployment.
- Design for social, collateral, email, video, web, and direct mail channels.
- Partner with creative lead, marketing stakeholders, and channel specialists to create conversion‑focused, high quality creative.
- Create concepts for digital advertising (static, video, HTML5) across platforms.
- Produce effective presentations in PowerPoint.
- Adapt creative assets into various formats and resolve production or design issues.
- Work with vendors to produce print assets.
- Create visual templates for company‑wide use and best practices while following brand standards.
- Follow development timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design or related field (or equivalent).
- 6–8 years of experience in an ad agency, marketing department or design studio with print, digital, video, and interactive work.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present and justify creative decisions based on performance outcomes.
- Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and ship fast while maintaining high creative standards under tight timelines.
- Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Comfortable following design direction, implementing changes, and delivering high‑quality designs within deadlines.
- Experience working with printers, developers, videographers/photographers, and other vendors.
- Portfolio presentation required.
