Responsibilities

• Develop and own features across the full tech stack—from front-end UI to backend APIs—for operator and engineering workflows.
• Test, debug, and iterate directly with hardware on the factory floor, ensuring production systems are reliable and intuitive.
• Harness AI technology to improve both engineering workflows and user interfaces, identifying when machine intelligence truly adds value.
• Deliver innovative solutions for real-time monitoring, production control, and failure recovery in a live manufacturing environment.
• Work hands-on, shipping high-impact code daily, quickly adjusting to feedback and real-world testing.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven full-stack capability.
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience shipping end-to-end, user-facing products and robust backend services/APIs.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily workflow and integrating AI features into products.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Clear problem-solving mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to operate independently.
