You’ll be responsible for driving performance on the ground, ensuring best-in-class execution and building a highly engaged, high-performing team. Sitting within the Commercial function, you’ll work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing and wider teams to deliver innovative and effective in-store activity.
This is a role for someone who thrives on balancing strategy with hands-on leadership, equally comfortable analysing performance metrics as they are coaching in the field.
Owning and delivering the field sales strategy aligned to Off-Trade commercial objectives Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing field sales team Driving key KPIs including Revenue/NSV, Case Volume, Distribution, Rate of Sale (ROS), Visibility and Activation Planning and prioritising team activity across weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles Experience in field sales, with at least a period of time in a leadership role Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools Salary: £65,000 plus bonus (up to 15%)~ Hybrid working: 27 days holiday + birthday off + 2 additional “life admin” days~ Pension (3% employer contribution)~ Private medical insurance including worldwide travel cover~ Enhanced parental leave (20 weeks full pay per parent) plus additional support~£Regular socials and team events~ Monthly product allowance and staff discounts…
