We are looking for an experienced Site Manager or similar professional with a background in residential construction to join our fast‑growing company. The role offers opportunities for training, progression, and the chance to develop into a Contract Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build customer relationships.
• Manage incoming and outgoing work for the site.
• Prepare and provide monthly project updates.
• Complete weekly administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Background in residential construction.
• Strong IT and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of residential and ideally commercial builds.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
