QLM is supporting a well-invested, acquisitive meat manufacturing business as they look to appoint a Sales Director to lead the development of retail partnerships. This is a newly created role, driven by continued growth and the need to strengthen how the business identifies, develops and converts commercial opportunities across the retail channel.
You’ll take ownership of retail relationships across a diverse meat portfolio, working closely with customers to identify where value can be created across the carcase. This role extends beyond account management, requiring a structured approach to identifying opportunities, shaping commercial propositions and aligning supply, specification and demand to maximise value and minimise waste. With ongoing investment and acquisition activity, you’ll also play a key role in integrating new product ranges and ensuring they are effectively positioned within the retail channel.
