UK-based | Full-time We’ve built strong early traction in the UK, proven the product works, and landed customers who genuinely love what we’re building. Now we’re ready to scale and we’re looking for our first dedicated Account Executive based in the UK to help make it happen.
You won’t be joining a huge sales machine. You’ll be helping build the UK market alongside leadership, with real ownership, real visibility, and the chance to directly shape our growth trajectory. Our CEO is relocating to the UK, we’ve got momentum behind us, and we’re investing in growth with intent. If you love building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships – you’ll fit right in.
You’ll own the sales journey from first conversation through to close, helping FMCG brands discover how Stickybeak can solve real problems and deliver value quickly.
Leading demos, pitches, and commercial discussions Working closely with Marketing and Customer Success to create a great customer experience You’ll also represent Stickybeak in-market — at events, meetings, and across your network — helping establish us as a trusted and recognised brand in the UK.
5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management~ A strong network and confidence opening doors independently~ FMCG industry experience or relationships~ Experience managing full sales cycles and hitting targets~ Confidence handling objections and commercial conversations~ Great CRM discipline (HubSpot experience is a bonus)~ You’ll be joining at a genuine growth inflection point, with an established product, active customers, leadership support, and the chance to help shape an international expansion from the ground up. We’re setting up an office in London, but we’re flexible about how and where we work together and keen to figure it out with our first UK hires.
