Salary: Up to £100k + benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead product management with a focus on digitising the retention journey and digital customer engagement.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business leaders to enable digital conversion and retention.
• Assess and optimise both digital and physical customer journeys to improve retention.
• Contribute as an individual strategist and executor to deliver value for a broad audience.
