Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment

Your new company Hays is partnering with a large public sector organisation in Belfast to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a delivery-focused recruitment project. Your new role Deliver end-to-end recruitment from job design through to onboarding, redesign job descriptions and attraction messaging to improve response rates, advise hiring managers on selection methods, assessment formats, and best practice, develop creative sourcing approaches to engage passive technical talent, support recruitment events and awareness activity, and ensure recruitment activity aligns with legislation, governance, and internal processes. What you’ll need to succeed Proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with strong HR grounding. Confidence advising on recruitment legislation and best practice. Comfortable operating as a standalone TA specialist in a campus-led environment. What you’ll get in return Fixed-term contract of at least 6 months. 22.82 per hour. On-site during induction, then typically 1 day working from home post-induction, with potential for increased home working. A hands-on project where you can make a visible impact in a growth area.
