Our embedded service integrates consultants into the client’s organisation and delivers services from their site. We are a preferred partner because of our ethics, security intelligence, practical know-how and management support provided by our global network of offices. With a global presence and extensive experience, Control Risks maintains an ever-growing database of multi-national risk management professionals to match skills with client needs. We are experiencing growth across embedded programmes and are seeking to build our database of consultants in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality Security & Risk Management support to clients across the region as part of our embedded programme.

Required Experience

  • Experience in corporate International Security Risk Management
  • Military/law enforcement experience, or equivalent academic/commercial experience
  • Ability to integrate security into business decisions and development/improvement of related processes
  • Working knowledge of physical security technologies, methodology, and force management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to listen, learn and demonstrate initiative
  • Understanding of Strategic, Operational and Tactical aspects of Risk Management
  • Experience building and leveraging cross-functional partnerships and elevating security awareness
  • Flexibility to respond 24/7 to urgent matters with a bias for decisive action
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) in English

Desirable Experience

  • Degree qualification in related field (Security, Risk Management, Criminology, etc.)
  • Professional fluency (oral and written) in another European language or Arabic
  • Experience leading Security Risk Management for international or multinational companies at a local, regional or global level
  • Experience conducting sensitive, complex investigations
  • Experience of working overseas and in multi-national environments
