Executive People Services Lead (Interim) – Public Sector

Sellick Partnership is looking for an experienced Associate Director – People Services for a public sector client in Peterborough. Offered on a hybrid basis, this interim role lasts for 3 months, requiring on-site presence at least once a week.

The ideal candidate will lead the People Services functions, manage complex projects, and engage with executive teams. Qualifications include CIPD Level 7 and experience in the NHS or similar settings.
