Managed Print Service Field Engineer

Location: Head office located in the City of London, with extensive travel to Essex and Hertfordshire 5 days a week.

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

About The Role

As a Managed Print Service Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work daily with top brands such as Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera
  • Investigate and resolve equipment faults at customer premises, adhering to service guidelines
  • Perform preventative maintenance and complete work within the designated response schedule
  • Install machines, including networking setups and operator training
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service
  • Collaborate closely with the Call Control Team to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in MPS field technical support or equivalent
  • Proven competence in photocopier maintenance
  • Completion of manufacturer training courses
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
