Overview

6 month fixed term contract based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in-office) starting immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Organise meetings, travel, and hospitality for EMEA/US colleagues and leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate PED events, hack weeks, and sprints, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage product inventory for demonstrations, tradeshows, and internal meetings.
  • Support validation efforts, maintaining a GDPR-compliant tester database.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, procurement processes, and third-party contractor coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in event coordination, vendor management, and procurement systems (Coupa preferred).
  • A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
