About the role
The FTC Planning Business Director, a mat cover role, sits within the Pfizer International Media Hub, leading end-to-end global media strategy, planning, and activation across 60+ markets, with a strong focus on driving best practice, campaign performance, and brand growth.
The position requires a strategic, digitally grounded leader who can bridge global frameworks with local market execution while influencing stakeholders and elevating planning standards.
Key success hinges on multi-market campaign ownership, data-led storytelling, and strong cross‑functional collaboration across media, creative, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
Scope: Global (60+ markets, ex‑US)
- Global media strategy + end-to-end campaign ownership
- Planning best practice + governance across markets
- Vendor management + innovation POVs
- Measurement, optimisation, and test & learn programmes
Qualifications
- Strong multi‑market planning experience
- Deep digital + analytics understanding
- Pharma/HCP experience preferred
- Confident storyteller with senior stakeholder exposure
