The Role:

As an Energy Partner, you will:

  • Lead and develop the firm’s energy practice in your area of expertise (Oil & Gas or Renewables).
  • Advise clients on complex, high-value transactions and projects within the energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and market presence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s global network to deliver seamless, cross-jurisdictional legal services.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience as a Partner or Senior Associate within the energy sector, with a focus on either Oil & Gas or Renewables.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and a proven ability to generate business.
  • Exceptional technical expertise and a deep understanding of the legal and commercial issues facing the energy sector.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
