Customer Support Professionals Wanted Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and being the go-to person when things need fixing? We’re partnering with an innovative international product-led business looking for an experienced After Sales Support Executive to join their UK Operations team. This is far more than a standard customer service role. You’ll play a key part in the customer journey — managing product support, coordinating warranty repairs, building relationships with service partners, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple brands.
Supporting customers with after-sales queries and product resolutions• Managing warranty repairs, collections, and service requests• Building strong relationships with dealers, service centres, and stakeholders• Investigating product returns and supporting operational improvements• Working collaboratively across operations and support teams• Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives• Occasional travel to customer sites across the UK
Strong customer support or sales support experience• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• CRM experience and strong Microsoft Office skills• Exposure to innovative products and operational projects• A varied role with autonomy and development opportunities
