About the Role

A leading, global organisation operating within a highly innovative environment is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its legal team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work across international jurisdictions, partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders to provide commercially focused employment law advice within a fast-paced, dynamic business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters
• Support and manage employment disputes and litigation
• Collaborate with colleagues globally on cross-border employment matters
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employment policies and best practices
• Assist in coordinating external legal support across complex matters

Required

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ relevant experience (in-house and/or private practice)
• Background in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred
• Strong expertise in UK employment law, with exposure to international jurisdictions
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
