The role

Have full responsibility for the effective operation of our site and own all budgeting, reporting and day‑to‑day financial hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, reporting and day‑to‑day financial hygiene.
• Execute filings, R&D refunds and other processes.
• Streamline financial processes to reduce resources spent and increase speed and accuracy of reporting.
• Create quick and accurate financial reports for board, investors, C‑suite and team.
• Develop and own financial strategy, including funding large‑scale manufacturing, deployment and R&D projects.
• Analyze and run experiments across scenarios to find optimal balance.
• Deliver new funding opportunities: governmental grants, corporate partnerships, project finance and dilutive funding expansion.

Core skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field.
• Experience owning the finance function in hardware, energy or infrastructure companies.
• Track record of high‑quality financial decision‑making and robust, long‑term strategies.
• Examples of exceptional ability (own projects, past achievements, other).
