Contract Manager

Overview

Contract Manager – London. Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 plus package. Location: London.

Highly regarded building contractor with over 25 years of experience urgently requires a Contracts Manager to join their busy team.

The contractor builds a number of apartment blocks in London and the South East on behalf of Housing Associations and Residential Providers.

Responsibilities

• Office-based role with site visits; manage a team of project managers and site managers.
• Run around 6 sites that will be at different stages of construction.
• Deal with sub-contractors, clients and reporting at board level; ensure projects stay within budget and margins typical for a building contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a building contractor with contract management experience.
• Experience building residential apartment blocks.
• Ability to manage costs, reporting and stakeholder communication at board level.
