Job Description:Assist with daily nursery tasks, including planting, watering, pruning, and propagating plants Monitor plant health, identifying any signs of pests or diseases and taking appropriate action Assist with stock management, including inventory tracking, restocking, and rotating plants Support with the loading and unloading of deliveries, as well as the preparation of customer orders A genuine interest in plants and gardening, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Physically fit- Heavy lifting involved Strong work ethic and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, outdoor environment Previous experience in horticulture or a similar role is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:30 £ p/hour
