As a Real Estate & Facility Management Category Expert Advisor, you lead opportunity assessments to identify and validate savings and optimization potential. You work closely with senior stakeholders to develop category strategies and shape value‑creation initiatives ahead of procurement transformation or managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RE&FM workstreams in assessment and diagnostic projects
• Engage senior CRE, construction, and FM leaders to understand demand and operating models
• Analyze spend, suppliers, and contracts
• Identify, quantify, and validate savings opportunities
• Develop category strategies and executive‑ready recommendations
• Lead client discussions and challenge existing approaches
• Support follow‑up deep dives, Q&A, and negotiations

Your Profile

• Deep expertise in Real Estate & Facility Management (e.g. CRE, leasing, construction, FM, energy/ESG)
• Strong strategic sourcing and contract negotiation experience
• Proven savings delivery and commercial acumen
• Client‑facing, consulting mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
