What You’ll Be Doing Managing and developing a regional portfolio of customers across Scotland Delivering and exceeding sales, turnover, profitability, and product mix targets Building strong, long-term customer partnerships that maximise growth opportunities Identifying and converting new business opportunities through cross-selling, cold outreach, inbound enquiries, and strategic prospecting Securing customer loyalty by adding value, increasing product penetration, and reducing dual sourcing Negotiating commercial agreements and closing profitable sales opportunities Collaborating with credit control to manage financial risk effectively Monitoring market trends and customer needs to support product development and future growth Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline management
