Global energy infrastructure company requires a lawyer or contracts manager for 6 months due to a greatly increased workload. Reporting to the Head of Legal and working directly with Senior Managers, you will undertake a broad ranging and hands‑on role. The role requires 2/3 days per week in the office and 4 days per week will be considered.

- Construction‑phase change management
- Variation orders
- Contractor claims or
- Project‑linked commercial risk management
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), client service agreements, EPC/PMC/FEED contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontracts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all NDA requests: prepare, negotiate, and finalize terms to protect the company’s interests while enabling timely business engagement.
- Collaborate with commercial, legal, and project teams to ensure contracts are commercially viable, risk‑balanced, and compliant with company policy.
- Support bid/proposal processes by advising on contractual risks and crafting negotiation strategies.
